The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hourly compensation range of $20.00 to $23.00.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in applicants with completing job applications and related documents.
• Conduct group orientations prior to placement by recruiting staff.
• Manage daily customer communications including requests and dispatch tasks.
• Process weekly payroll input.
• Conduct pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed.
• Screen candidates and match skills to job requirements to optimize fill rates.
• Coordinate employee orientation and testing with clients.
