Job summary

Proman Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to assist walk-in applicants, complete job applications, and conduct group orientations prior to placement. The role also manages daily communications with clients and dispatch tasks while processing weekly payroll.

In this office-based position, you will ensure accuracy of applications and forms, perform pre-employment screenings, and maintain strong client relationships. Travel to branch offices and client sites may be required.

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) may be required.
• Primarily sedentary in an office setting; some travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and support to applicants at kiosks and front desk.
• Ensures 100% accuracy of all applications and forms (I-9, M questionnaire, W-4).
• Provides accurate and timely weekly payroll input.
• Conducts pre-employment screenings and reference checks as needed.
• Screens candidates to maximize fill rates and client satisfaction.
• Facilitates employee orientation and client-specific testing.
• Maintains relationships with Proman Staffing clients.
• Escalates issues per the Service Escalation Chart.
• Keeps assignment information accurate in Avionte.
• Visits client sites to understand operations and jobs for accurate expectations.
• Counsels and coaches employees and takes disciplinary actions as needed.
• Cross-trains with other areas for backup.
• Maintains professional branch environment; daily housekeeping.
