Job summary

Proman Staffing is seeking an on-site Recruiter to assist walk-in applicants with applications, coordinate orientations, and support payroll and dispatch tasks. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, screening, and strong customer service to both applicants and clients.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and familiarity with Avionte ATS. Some travel to client sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to applicants at kiosks and front desk.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of applications, I-9 forms, medical questionnaires and W-4 forms.
• Provide accurate and timely weekly payroll input.
• Conduct pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed.
• Screen candidates and coordinate orientation and testing; support skilled recruiters as needed.
• Maintain and communicate job requirements to employees dispatched to client sites.
• Resolve issues with client orders and coordinate with branch management as needed.
• Maintain accurate assignment information in Avionte and keep employee data current.
• Travel to client sites to understand operations and job assignments.
