Job summary

Proman Staffing Perm LLC is seeking a Recruiter to assist walk-in applicants with applications, conduct group orientations, and manage daily client communications. The role includes processing weekly payroll and maintaining accurate employee data in Avionte.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be high school graduate.
• AA degree preferred; may substitute work experience.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Familiarity with industrial/manufacturing or logistics context is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in applicants with job applications and related documents.
• Conduct group orientations prior to placement by recruiting staff.
• Manage daily customer communications and dispatch tasks.
• Process weekly payroll.
• Provide customer service at kiosks and front desk.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of applications, I-9, medical questionnaires, and W-4 forms.
• Screen candidates and coordinate with skilled recruiters.
• Maintain accurate employee information in Avionte.
• Travel to other branch offices as needed.
• Participate in team efforts and continuous improvement.
