Proman Staffing Perm LLC is seeking a Recruiter to assist walk-in applicants with applications, conduct group orientations, and manage dispatch tasks. The role includes processing weekly payroll, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate candidate records using Avionte ATS.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-service mindset, with potential travel to client sites and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• AA degree preferred; may substitute work experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Familiarity with or experience in an industrial, manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and support to all applicants at kiosks and front desk.
• Ensures 100% accuracy of applications, I-9 forms, medical questionnaires, and W-4s.
• Provides accurate and timely weekly payroll input.
• Conducts pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed.
• Screens candidates and communicates job expectations for dispatched jobs.
• Facilitates orientation training and client-specific testing.
• Maintains relationships with Proman Staffing clients and internal teams.
• Resolves problems with client orders per escalation procedures.
