Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience (1 year or more)
• Experience sourcing candidates via social platforms and other channels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and data entry accuracy
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently or in teams
• Familiarity with ATS/CMS
• Ability to present our company and roles professionally

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified applicants for current or planned openings
• Conduct initial phone or online interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define position requirements
• Create recruiting emails and SMS outreach
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS entries
• Generate reports as needed and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
