Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to support a downtown Minneapolis law firm client. You’ll provide cross-functional service across mail, copy, reception, and hospitality, with a can-do attitude and adaptability to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues professionally and tactfully.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or more.
• Ability to lift/carry packages on a wheeled cart up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle mail metering, sorting, and distribution per schedule.
• Produce copies, prints, and scans per written instructions.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and route to the correct contact.
• Coordinate and maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and supplies.
• Maintain copy room stock; assist with basic facilities tasks as needed.
• Support client operations to keep daily services running smoothly.
