Qualifications

• 2–4 years in service coordination, dispatching, or similar admin support.
• Experience with service management or dispatch software (ServiceTrade, FieldEdge).
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls and preventive maintenance.
• Dispatch technicians based on skill, availability, location, and priority.
• Be primary contact for customers regarding requests and updates.
• Maintain real-time scheduling tools and calendars.
• Track work orders from dispatch to completion and billable status.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
