Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1–3 years call center, dispatch, or administrative roles.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, dispatching, scheduling and status tracking.
• Create and manage service work orders and maintenance schedules.
• Enter and track time sheets, invoices and purchasing orders.
• Maintain customer service binders and follow up on feedback.
• Assist with badging and access procedures for technicians.
