Job summary

BuzzTech Media, a digital solutions company in Tampa, seeks a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new opportunities, engage prospective clients, and set up partnerships for our digital services.

You will conduct outbound and respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and demonstrate value while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, engaging presence.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects at once.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to generate new interest.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads to understand their goals and challenges.
• Introduce our services and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
• Schedule calls, demos, or follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of outreach activities, lead statuses, and communications in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from qualified lead to onboarding.
