RJ Young is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to fuel growth and modernize how businesses operate. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic computer proficiency.
• Previous sales experience preferred; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree recommended.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling.
• Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business.
• Execute and refine RJ Young’s five-step sales process.
• Manage pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions.
• Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem solving.
• Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing training on products and industry trends.
