Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to lead B2B growth in the safety and compliance sector. You will prospect, cold call, attend events, and manage a full sales pipeline, with site visits and product demonstrations to engage potential clients.

You will partner with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding, secure new business, and grow existing accounts through tailored safety programs, all supported by ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B safety or industrial services sales preferred.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline discipline.
• Ability to present and demonstrate complex safety solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B leads through strategic prospecting and appointment setting.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and site visits to prospects.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal and close.
