Church's Chicken in Texas seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one location with a focus on guest satisfaction, sales performance, and safe, clean operations. You will oversee daily restaurant activities, coach a team, and ensure smooth, friendly service from opening to close.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, a year of supervisory experience, and flexibility to work 30–40 hours weekly, including weekends. A valid driver’s license and insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must complete training and pass applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior and memorable experience for all guests.
• Achieve sales goals and control expenses to budget.
• Create a fun, high-energy environment where the team is engaged.
• Direct reports include Assistant Restaurant General Manager, Shift Leaders and Team Members.
• Ensure policies, procedures and HR practices are followed; supervise others.
• Develop employees through coaching and feedback; recruit and interview as needed.
