Church's Chicken is looking for a Restaurant General Manager who leads one location to deliver high-quality, value-oriented dining with friendly, accurate service. The role oversees revenue and expense control, staff development, and compliance in a clean, safe environment.

You will drive guest satisfaction, train the team, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies while reaching sales goals and labor targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of supervisory restaurant experience.
• Must complete all required training and pass applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Communicate with guests to obtain feedback and drive quality improvements.
• Resolve guest complaints using listen, apologize, satisfy and thank approach.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly and professionally.
• Lead regular training and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean restaurant and manage budgets and labor costs.
