Church's Chicken Texas seeks a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead a single location with a focus on guest satisfaction, quality, value, and a clean, safe dining environment. The RGM directs daily operations and oversees the Assistant Restaurant General Manager, shift leaders and team members to deliver a superior guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of supervisory restaurant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance.
• Able to work 30–40 hours per week.
• Flexible shift including weekends.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements.
• Ability to implement policies and procedures.
• Skilled in developing employees by coaching, counselling, and building strong work habits.
• Continuously working to improve customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing potential team members.
• Ability to supervise others.
• Manage conflict resolution.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a single restaurant location to provide guests a superior experience.
• Achieve sales goals and control expenses to budget.
