Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads a single-location operation with passion for quality, value and fast, friendly service. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales, and cost controls while coaching a team to grow and deliver exceptional results.

You will oversee staff development, schedule optimization, compliance with laws and company policies, and daily operation reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry is required.
• Must complete all training and pass applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations and trains the team to meet standards.
• Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvements.
• Handles guest complaints promptly using the listen–apologize–satisfy–thank approach.
• Ensures calls are answered promptly and professionally.
