Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a dynamic team focused on outstanding customer service and efficient reservation management. You will support customers, field teams, and dealerships by coordinating equipment reservations and distribution to balance regional inventory and meet demand.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong time management, and professional communication in a fast-paced setting. Previous office experience and proficiency with Word and email are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
