Job summary

Truist Virginia Beach is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely client service and accurate handling of transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking, complete standard and complex transactions, and support outbound outreach to identify financial needs.

Qualifications

• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn PC software and branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experiences through courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools like ATMs and online banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals.
• Uphold internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with new account openings and problem resolution.
