Job summary

Truist in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Universal Banker to provide a consistent client experience, handle transactions, and uncover client needs. You will educate clients on digital solutions and support outbound outreach to nurture relationships.

Role includes serving as a secondary contact for accounts, complying with internal controls, and working flexible hours including weekends. A strong customer-service orientation and basic PC skills are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Two years teller or client service experience.
Six months client relationship or sales experience.
Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
Willing to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinct client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
Educate clients on digital banking and self-service tools.
Support sales with outbound client outreach and opportunity identification.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise.
Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines.
