Job summary

Truist Richmond branch is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver high-quality client service, process transactions, and educate customers on digital banking tools. You will support sales initiatives and collaborate with branch teams to meet client needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, teller or cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Weekend availability and some travel may be required, with a competitive hourly base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and software for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Adhere to policies and risk management procedures.
