Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Weekend/extended hours with potential travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile) to enhance service.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and risk controls.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
