Qualifications

• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through transactions and service.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training to enhance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies and stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
