Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support service centers with recruiting, hiring, training and onboarding of quality candidates.

The role includes travel to service centers, career fairs, and hiring events, collaborating with the Recruiting Manager, and building a robust candidate pipeline using social media, job boards, referrals, and agencies. You will interview applicants in-person and virtually, set up interviews for Hiring Managers, and assist with onboarding and

Formación

• Detail oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience reviewing applications and conducting interviews is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous HR/Recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to various service centers, career fairs, school presentations, and hiring events.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Manager to align recruiting strategies to meet goals.
• Develop and source a strong pipeline of candidates via social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and agencies.
• Review applications for candidates at various levels.
• Recruit hourly employees and Interns.
• Interview applicants in-person and virtually.
• Set up interviews for Hiring Managers and follow up with candidates.
• Advancing candidates through the interview and hiring process in ATS.
• Create training schedules for new employees.
• Assist new hires with onboarding and orientation at the Service Center level.
• Train new Service Center employees.
• Maintain communication with Service Center leadership on staffing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
