Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our culture. You will provide administrative support to the local office (CTC). As a Project Coordinator, you are part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

You will assist with project delivery, coordinate with Project Managers, manage project data and filing, and help keep budgets on track while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent.
• 1-3 years administrative support, office management or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects.
• Coordinate with multiple Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain project details and act as central information source for the team and client.
• Prepare project setup in financial system and project management applications.
• Update project status with client regularly and coordinate with purchasing for materials.
