Qualifications

• Must have high school level education or GED.
• Customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of EPIC and MyChart is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in/out for visits and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones and address patient inquiries and scheduling needs.
• Assist patients with MyChart enrollment and use.
• Enter and verify patient demographics, insurance, and payments.
• Communicate with care team and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Process copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and balances.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI daily.
• Navigate EPIC workqueues and inbasket messages.
• Support off-site locations and cross-train as required.
