Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years healthcare or customer service experience required.
• Exceptional communication with patients and providers is essential.
• Ability to multitask and handle interruptions while delivering service.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for visits.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with enrolling and using MyChart.
• Enter and verify patient demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Communicate with the care team about patient information and scheduling.
