Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare customer service preferred.
• Experience with patient scheduling helpful.

Responsabilités

• Check patients in/out for visits.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with MyChart enrollment.
• Enter and verify demographic, insurance and payment information.
• Communicate with care team and coordinate referrals.
• Process patient payments and balances.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality and comply with policies.
