• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information to perform their jobs effectively.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring center SOPs are consistently applied through ongoing training and monitoring.
