Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator for our Oro Valley service center. The role supports front office teammates, handles payroll/HR administration, and maintains AP/AR with strict cash handling procedures to meet Caliber standards.

You will train and monitor staff to ensure a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a customer-facing environment and 1+ years in accounts payable/receivable and payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsabilités

• Provide front office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle payroll and HR administration and record-keeping for center staff.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable in line with company standards.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs and training.
