Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Administrator at our Mt Washington service center. The role involves supporting the front office, handling payroll/HR administration and maintaining AP/AR records while ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to SOPs for a world-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, 1+ year experience with AP/AR and payroll (preferred), and a valid drivers license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll preferred.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsabilités

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures.
