Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage multiple projects through the development process, coordinate MLR activities, and keep clients informed.

Under supervision, you will handle invoicing reviews, Sunshine Act reports, and meeting planning with internal and external teams. The role requires a degree and 0-2 years of related experience, with strong written and verbal communication favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism, or related field.
• 0-2 years of client service/agency experience or related internships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments and relay due dates.
• Run clients' MLR process, coordinate with taggers, and update clients and team.
• Oversee internal/external meeting planning, notes, and status updates.
• Review invoicing documents and reconciliations; prepare Sunshine Act reports.
• Coordinate with logistics vendor for meetings and travel; prepare assignment reports.
