Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage multiple projects remotely across the United States. You will oversee the MLR process, coordinate with taggers, and keep clients and teams updated on status and deliverables.

Under supervision, you will handle invoicing review, Sunshine Act reports, and liaise with logistics for meeting planning. A Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in client services or related internships are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advertising/marketing/communications/journalism preferred

Aufgaben

• Track project deliverables across all departments and communicate due dates
• Manage client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes, submissions, tagger coordination, and client/status updates
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, take notes, and provide status updates to team
• Review invoicing documents, prepare Sunshine Act reports and ancillary client reports
• Coordinate with logistics vendor for meeting planning: venue, travel, AV, catering
