Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy while delivering excellent customer service. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in paperwork, and ensure accurate records throughout the leasing process.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends, and familiarity with Yardi and MS Office. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and Fair Housing knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public or sales.
• Strong verbal and written English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and manage guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Update availability reports and process applications for approval.
