You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, process applications, and maintain reports in the Yardi system, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance. Excellent English communication and willingness to obtain Fair Housing certification are

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with residents.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate maintenance needs.
• Assist applications from prospects and collect deposits.
• Update availability reports and process applications.
• Assist renewals and follow up on notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and file market data.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Accept rental payments and route to management.
• Input lease information in Yardi and obtain signatures.
• Assist management with other tasks.
• Comply with community policies.
