Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy while prioritizing resident satisfaction. The role focuses on welcoming visitors, qualifying prospects, and ensuring accurate lease paperwork and deposits.

You will record interactions, monitor renewals, and communicate with the Community Manager to ensure market-ready units. A strong customer-service background, English communication, and FH awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and FH requirements.
• Update availability reports and process applications for approval.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and report on market competition.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Handle rental payments and pass to Assistant Community Manager.
