Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will convert leads, tour prospects, and close leases while providing world-class resident experiences in a fast-paced team setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales or leasing experience, proven closing ability, and strong follow-up discipline. You will use CRM tools (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage), work weekends, and contribute to turn events and community operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Demonstrated success hitting sales/leasing/conversion targets.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
