Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will convert leads, deliver compelling tours, and provide world-class resident experiences in a fast-paced, team environment.

The role requires a motivated closer with strong communication, CRM skills, and a proven track record in leasing. Weekend availability and peak leasing hours are expected to support occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven success achieving leasing or conversion targets.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.
• Strong follow-up and multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Availability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Drive traffic and maximize revenue through marketing strategies.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and related deposits.
