Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to act as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community. You will drive occupancy and revenue, closing leases through tours, phone, online, and in-person interactions while delivering a world-class resident experience.

Responsibilities include converting leads, delivering high-impact tours, following up to maximize conversion, and maintaining knowledge of pricing and competition.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year)
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Assist in office presentation and model readiness
• Support move-in/move-out events and related deposits/fees
