Job summary

Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to be the front-line sales contact at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering a world-class resident experience.

You’ll convert leads through phone, online, and in-person tours, present pricing and availability, and maintain strong CRM records to support leasing goals and renewals. Weekend hours required; commission-eligible with housing discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience required.
• Experience with CRM systems (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage) preferred.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Ability to turn tours into leases and meet occupancy targets.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person tours.
• Deliver high-impact property tours to identify needs and close deals.
• Proactively follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
• Maintain pricing, availability, and competitive knowledge.
• Support community operations and documentation.
