Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. The ideal candidate will be a motivated closer who delivers world-class resident experiences in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You will convert leads via phone, online, and in-person tours, maintain pricing knowledge, and strive to exceed leasing goals while providing exceptional customer service and representing PeakMade Real Estate with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade Real Estate and the community.
