PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will be the front-line sales pro, delivering world-class resident experiences and thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include converting leads to leases, conducting high-impact tours, and maintaining accurate CRM data while supporting community operations and events.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven ability to hit sales/leasing targets.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Convert leads to leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver tours that identify needs and close with urgency.
• Nurture leads to maximize conversion and occupancy targets.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Support office presentation and model readiness.
