Job summary

Peak is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will engage prospects and deliver world-class tours, turning leads into leases while maintaining CRM data and property knowledge.

You’ll need 1+ year of leasing or sales experience, strong follow-up, and weekend availability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Growth and rewards await high performers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience required.
• History of achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or similar).
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Follow up to maximize conversion and occupancy.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competition.
• Assist with all leasing and move-in processes and events.
