Job summary

Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will close deals, deliver standout tours, and provide world-class resident experiences while thriving in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You will manage follow-up, maintain CRM data, and perform leasing tasks with accuracy. Weekend hours are required, and housing discounts plus 401(k) matching are offered as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs and close.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion and revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Support office presentation and model readiness.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits.
