PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will close deals, deliver standout tours, and respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.

You'll manage CRM data, maintain market knowledge, and coordinate lease paperwork and deposits. This role requires weekend availability and a strong customer-service orientation to create exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience in property management or apartments.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close leases.
• Experience with CRM systems to manage prospects and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
• Assist in move-in/move-out events and turnovers.
