The role requires handling calls, guiding prospects through applications, and ensuring excellent resident service to maintain strong occupancy. Responsibilities include managing leasing traffic, answering inquiries, and collaborating with the Community Manager to approve files and close leases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum year experience in a customer service or sales position.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the leasing process, including traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and move-in paperwork.
• Responds to phone and email inquiries, provides leasing information, schedules appointments, and handles maintenance requests or escalations.
• Visually inspect and prepare the property daily for cleanliness and readiness for tours.
• Greet prospective residents, assess needs, perform tours, collect deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain high occupancy by monitoring market conditions and renewals.
