This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Community Manager and requires a proactive, customer-focused approach. You will run credit checks, prepare lease packets, show apartments, and maintain occupancy through strong resident relations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior leasing experience preferred, with familiarity in real estate processes.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Provides tours of apartments to prospective residents.
• Runs credit reports on prospective residents.
• Prepares lease packets.
• Inspects apartments prior to showing them.
• Maintains logs of traffic through the property.
• Leases units.
• Provides information over the telephone to prospective residents.
• Maintains a visible public relations attitude toward current and prospective residents.
