Job summary

Madison Apartment Group is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, facilitating tours, rentals, and move-ins in a vibrant community.

You'll deliver exceptional service, manage leases, coordinate resident events, and maintain accurate records while growing occupancy and guest satisfaction in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/leasing experience.
• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Lead property tours and show vacant units to close leases.
• Handle rental processes and move-ins, including lease prep.
• Plan and participate in resident functions and events.
• Maintain market knowledge and generate prospects through advertising.
• Manage service requests and coordinate with maintenance.
• Inspect units and grounds for cleanliness and report issues.
• Maintain resident records and lease paperwork.
