In this on-site role, you’ll respond to inquiries quickly, coordinate moves, and maintain strong customer interactions. Prior leasing or property-management exposure helps, and reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Clear communication in person, over the phone, email, and text.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show target apartments.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails to drive traffic.
• Coordinate application process and review submissions.
• Communicate results to applicants with professionalism.
• Maintain clean, rent-ready units and common areas.
