Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support multiple communities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high resident satisfaction. You will lead tours, process applications, and coordinate leasing activities while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires engaging with prospects, residents, and vendors, upholding fair housing standards, and partnering with the Community Director to hit occupancy and income goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous Leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and all other applicable laws.
• Develops their professional skills, seeking continual growth and learning from mistakes.
• Embodies company policies and procedures in all interactions.
• Presents a professional image and effectively represents the company to residents, vendors, and owners alike.
• Operates computers and other technological devices on site.
• Represents the community on the phone and in written communication.
• Greets residents, cleans and maintains a neat office, and serves as a point of contact.
• Completes prospective resident tours, showcasing the property with pride.
• Resolves issues in a timely manner with a focus on customer service.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required to ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents.
• Drives property performance by participating in resident events, marketing the property, and focusing on resident retention.
• Performs all other duties, as assigned.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
