Job summary

Middleburg Communities in Florida is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process and assist with resident relations. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on excellence and customer service.

The role involves touring properties, answering questions about amenities, processing move-in paperwork, and conducting follow-up to secure leases or renewals. Prior RealPage experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience; leasing experience a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• RealPage experience preferred; familiarity with leasing software is a plus.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment; internet navigation and property software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including showing apartments and processing move-in paperwork.
• Generate interest through tours, respond to inquiries, and qualify prospects.
• Maintain market and property knowledge; conduct regular market surveys.
• Use onsite management software to track availability, traffic, and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
